Item Condition: 

Items must be returned in their original condition, exactly as received.

Definition of Defective Items:

An item is considered defective if: 

   -Fabric damage: Holes, tears, or permanent stains 

   -Visible stains: Noticeable discoloration/spots not caused by customer 

   -Size mismatch: Item doesn’t match ordered size (tags must be intact) 

Note: Normal wear/tear or customer-induced damage doesn’t qualify as defects.

Return Shipping Costs:

-Customer covers return shipping if exchanging via delivery representative (when no  “Defect” exists). 

-NWR covers shipping costs ONLY if: 

 –   The item has a verified defect 

 –    It’s the only item in the order 

     (Note: NWR doesn’t cover shipping if other undamaged items exist in the order)

Return Process (via delivery rep): 

–   We’ll dispatch a representative to collect the item 

–   After receiving, we inspect within 5-7 business days to verify original condition 

–   We’ll contact you to process the refund (amount transferred by us, not the delivery rep)

How to Initiate Returns:

–    Contact us via Instagram ONLY for all returns 

–    We’ll confirm with you before sending any representative

Returns more than 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
